Zolciak, who recently lost 50 pounds soon after having a baby to twins, said she looked great before her cosmetic surgery, and insisted her weight reduction wasn't due to her abdominoplasty.

"Just which means you guys know about how fabulous I had been before my abdominoplasty! This picture on the left was taken a couple of months once i had the twins and before surgery!" Kim wrote on Facebook. "A plastic surgeon isn't the cure-all! I'd a hernia I needed repaired in addition to my muscles, so do not get it twisted for you lazy *sses that sit on the couch."

Kim, who's the mother of six children, said she was pleased her cosmetic surgeon had moved her navel higher on her stomach. Zolciak, 36, previously revealed that good genes, a portion-controlled diet and cardiovascular exercise helped her lose 50 pounds soon after having a baby to twins Kaia and Kane in November 2013.

As she did during her previous pregnancies, Zolciak shed the majority of her baby weight shortly after childbirth. In December 2013, Kim made headlines after revealing she was back to a size four just nine days following childbirth. The busty 5-foot-8 Kim was immediately charged with getting a tummy tuck or other bariatric surgery, but vehemently denied those rumors.

Zolciak isn't a health food fanatic, and said portion control is what keeps her slim. Zolciak, a rep for Xenadrine, also credited this diet pills for suppressing her appetite. Kim, who said she hates to work out, does an hour of cardiovascular exercise daily together with her NFL star husband, Kroy Biermann, a defensive end for the Atlanta Falcons.

Zolciak said exercising with her husband provided a lot of motivation. Biermann tore his Calf msucles last year and has since stocked their Atlanta home with exercise and rehab slim xtreme equipment. Kim, a self-professed former inactive, said she has learned a lot by watching her disciplined husband work out.

Kim, who starred around the "Real Housewives of Atlanta" from 2008 to 2012, now stars by herself reality Television show, "Don't Be Tardy," that is currently in the third season.
