Hilary Duff has spoken out from the pressure that new mothers face to get rid of their baby weight, and has Lida Daidaihua Capsule admitted that they weighed just 98lbs when she would be a teenager.

The Perfect Man star feels that she was "way too skinny" when she was a teen after becoming "obsessed" with food and admits that she wasn't even that healthy.

As she poses on the front cover of the new version of Health magazine, the 27-year-old said: : "When I was 17, I weighed, like, 98 pounds. I had been totally obsessive about everything I put in my mouth. I had been way too skinny.

"Not cute. And my body system wasn't that healthy - my hands would cramp up a lot because I wasn't getting the nutrition I desired. That constant
pressure of wanting something different than I had? I regret that."

Hilary, who delivered her son with her ex Mike Comrie, felt immediately under pressure to shed weight due to the attention she got while errands.

"The second I had Luca, I visited get my hair blown out in the salon ... I was learning how to be a new mom, and I needed to go get my hair done. Then they're like, 'Hilary Debuts Her Post-Baby Body!'

"I was like, I am not debuting s**t at this time. I'm just happening an errand run! There is way too much pressure on women nowadays. It
required an entire 10 months to construct a baby.

"I lost my baby weight from boxing, and Reduce Weight Fruta Planta that i have this awesome trainer, Gabe. I had been already there, but I definitely shed, like, 10 more pounds
from doing two-a-days for two or three weeks, an hour each session. My home is a cul-de-sac, however i get this amazing hill, and so i would run the hill,
then box within my cul-de-sac."
